"I think it’s very easy to say to someone that you need to have a healthy balance, but it’s a scale that differs for everyone. I know that the all or nothing lifestyle that I lead is unhealthy both physically and mentally."
Mental health recovery – Expectation vs reality
"I’ve come to terms with the fact now that recovery is never straightforward. I’ve placed expectations on myself and time limits to have improved a certain amount by a certain time, but I now know that this is more of a hindrance."
